Fall Rush 2008
IFC Fall Rush at Middle Tennessee State University is rapidly approaching so don”t miss this perfect opportunity to not just go Greek, but to make one of the greatest decisions of your life. Rush begins on Monday September 15 and culminates on Saturday September 20 which is Bid Day. Before the start of Rush though there are two important things that you need to do:
1) Sign up for Rush (it’’s free) on MTSU’’s Office of Greek Affairs web site: http://frank.mtsu.edu/~greeks/
And click on the “Click Here To Register for Fraternity Recruitment” in red.
2) Join the Rush Pi Kappa Phi Facebook group so you can stay up to date on all of the details with Pi Kappa Phi’’s Pre-Rush and Rush events – http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=29296807036
You can also check back here for information too about Rush and other Delta Iota events.
Making the decision to go Greek is a big decision in itself, but the next decision is even greater, and that is which fraternity to join. Pi Kappa Phi is American’’s leading fraternity, not just on, but off campus as well. In 1977, Pi Kappa Phi did something that to this day has not been accomplished by any other national Greek organization, and that is it created and maintains its own philanthropy, PUSH America, which is committed to “building leaders of tomorrow by serving people with disabilities today.” By joining Pi Kappa Phi you not only join an extensive group of national members that includes some famous individuals as well, but you join an organization committed to the bettering of each individual member and instilling the principals of leadership and service that are essential to one’’s future growth. We hope you come to find what so many others already have, and that is that Pi Kappa Phi is the organization for not only life long brotherhood and friendship, but also a source for immeasurable aid in helping you achieve your dreams, and making sure that your college years are some of the greatest years of your life.

There will be a new “Chores List” on a whiteboard outside my door that we will enact after the spring semester begins. We will also be voting on the new house rules, that are also posted outside my door. Thanks for reading and send me any further questions on “Risk” or the “House”
